Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products such as customized jackets, Custom graphic T-shirts, and any customized work cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns or replacements for the garment that you send us and we hold no responsibility for the damage and/or wear and tear of your clothing. Since the custom work is done after approval of the customer we can not accept returns or replacements as it was made particularly for the customer.
We can not accept returns or exchanges for hand-painted jackets as these are made on order unless you received a damaged item or the size is totally different than your purchase.

It is important for the customer to share a video proof of unboxing and photos of the damaged item with our customer support team from any of the communication means mentioned below

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping & Refunds

The expected delivery time for hand-painted jackets/t-shirts is around 6-10 days after placing the order. We want the best art piece for you, so a single artist works on 1 piece, which takes 36-72 hours for completion of a single piece. Also sometimes delivery time may vary due to order volume.
We will choose the fastest delivery service available at your location.
Once you have placed your Shipping/Return request, a tracking ID for your product will be sent to you.
Since custom painted items are made on-demand as per your request we cannot accept returns for the same. We have a NO RETURN POLICY for customized jackets/tees/shoes.
Any damaged or defective item/jacket will be exchanged provided the same is communicated to the oufclothing team within 48 hours of receiving the item. The customer is to inform us via mail at [email protected] or on our social handles – Instagram / Whatsapp, along with the image of the defective items. Although, all our items are carefully checked and safely packed before shipping some errors are unavoidable. Rightly said by Orlando Aloysius Battista “An error doesn’t become a mistake until you refuse to correct it.”
We will not be able to accept returns for size issues unless the item shipped is of an entirely different size. It takes too much time and effort to complete a single design and orders are made on-demand which makes it difficult for us to accept returns.
After acceptance of replacement/refund by our team, the customer has to ship the item to the provided address. The shipping cost for the exchange is to be borne by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or will be credited as OUF credits. within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts / Freebies / Promotional

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Gifts / Freebies / Promotional items cannot be refunded/exchanged

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {[email protected]}

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
